Easy to cook Appetizers recipes
Plan your menu with these easy appetizer recipes
1)Chicken crumb roll:
Ingredients for roll
Flour   1 ½ cup
Egg    1
Salt   ½ tsp
Water as required to make batter
Oil  for frying
Bread crumbs as required
Eggs    2

Ingredients for filling:
Chicken mince  250 gm
Onion chopped   2 tbsp
Ginger garlic  1 tsp
Oil spice ½ tsp
Salt   1 tsp
Black pepper   1 tsp
Chat masala   ½ tsp
Coriander leaves and green chilies chopped

Method for mince:
Heat oil fry chopped onion till soft, add mince with ginger garlic, salt and black pepper, cover and cook on low flame, till mince tender, add in allspice, chat masala, chopped coriander and green chilies.

Method for roll:
Mix together flour, salt and egg, make into a thin batter using water as required, make into thin pan cakes, fill with chicken filling, roll tightly, dip in beaten eggs, roll in bread crumbs, shallow fry golden brown.

2)Puffy mince flan:

Ingredients:
Puff pastery   250 gm
Bhuna keema  2 cups
Boiled eggs  4
Coriander leaves  1 tbsp
Green chilies chopped   2
Allspice  ½ tsp
Ingredients for white sauce
Butter 1 ounce
Flour 1 tbsp heaped
Milk  1 cup
Salt, pepper, mustard  ½ tsp each

Method:
Roll the puff pastry very thin line the pie dish with half of the rolled pastry, make chat pata bhuna keema with very little oil make white sauce with all the given ingredients, mix in the prepared mince, also add in chopped boiled eggs, chopped green chilies and coriander leaves, allspice, pour this filling on the rolled pastry, cover with remaining rolled pastry, brush with beaten egg, bake in a pre-heated oven on 200 degree C for 20 minutes.

3)TRIPLE DECKER SANDWICH:
Ingredients:
Sandwich Bread 6 slices
Roast Chicken (Shredded) 2 cups
Butter 4 ounces
Omlete 2  eggs
Salt   ½ tsp
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Cheddar Cheese (Grated) 1 – ½ cup
French Fries as required
Coleslaw Salad  as required

Method:
Toast sandwich breads and spread butter on them.
Put roast chicken and cheddar cheese on the first slice and  cover it with the second slice.
In the second layer spread butter and put omlete and cheese on it
Cover it with the third bread and repeat the procedure and cut the sandwich into triangles.
Put wooden skewers in the middle and serve them with fries.

4)Chicken White Sauce Cutlets:
Ingredients:
Boiled chicken 2-1/2 cups
Chopped onions 2
Chopped garlic 4 cloves
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Flour 3 tbsp
Egg 1
Oil for deep frying
Bread crumbs for coating

For the Sauce:
Flour 1/2 cup
Butter 3 tbsp
Milk 1 cup
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Method:
Make the white Sauce by melting butter, add in flour and sauté on low till aroma of flour comes, add salt and pepper remove from stove, add in milk and keep stirring till thick, using a whisk. Keep aside. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a saucepan and add onions and garlic. Cook till the onions are transparent then add chicken, flour, salt and black pepper. Mix the thick white sauce and coriander leaves and leave the mixture to chill, for at least half an hour. Shape into cutlets, dip in beaten egg, coat in flour and bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil and serve.
