Black & White Eye Tutorial

Black and white is the classic combination that will never fade. You can create this awesome look by simply following the above tutorial. All you need is a black pencil and a white one. In order for you to get the smooth looking lid in the tutorial, make sure to apply foundation on your eyelids before getting started. After doing that, apply a fine line of black pencil as you would normally do. You can create a winged look or whatever you like in the end.
