Bangali paratha recipe

Ingredients:

Wheat flour 2 cups
Flour 2 cups
Salt ½ tsp
Soda by carb ¼ tsp
In a bowl mix together
Melted ghee ½ cup
Milk ½ cup
 Egg 1
Yogurt ½ cup
Caster sugar 1 tbsp

Method:

In a bowl add dry ingredients, mix with all the wet ingredients, mix and knead well. If required add water, dough should be soft, cover and leave it for 4 hours at room temperature. Make about 12 balls, roll into ¼ plate size, spread with 1 tbsp ghee, sprinkle flour, roll like Swiss roll and longish, again form into a flour, leave it for awhile covered, now roll into parathas and deep fry.
