Blackheads removal tips


Blackheads are known by different names such as pimples, zits or acne. But on the whole, they tend to mean a common skin problem that can spoil your appearance. They are dark spots that appear all over the face or body and could most often they can appear on the nose.

Causes of blackheads:

There are tiny pores they occur in our skin and blackheads in the first place, due to the excessive accumulation of oil to these pores. This happens to be primarily caused by hormones or problems caused by poor eating habits.

1.  Keep your face clean and wash with mild detergent. Make sure that the detergent good for your skin type. Give steam session on your face once a week. This is very important because it helps in opening up the closed pores of the skin. In the water you can also add a few drops of tea tree oil to have a better effect.

2.  Always remove your makeup before going to bed, always use high quality products on your skin. You can also use a blackhead remover to remove the blackheads and then wash your face with lukewarm water.

3.  Pore strips are also available in the market, and they are used to remove the blackheads on the nose. You just need to apply a strip on the wet nose, wait for a few minutes and then pull the strip away. It will gently remove all of your blackheads.

4. Try to make, use of good quality exfoliating product to remove the blackheads. Chemical peels with Glycolic acid are very effective in getting rid of blackheads, as they tend to remove from the pores of dead skin cells.

5.  Make sure you wash your face twice or thrice a day, because this will help to keep the skin clean and remove unwanted dust particles accumulated from getting on the skin because it most of the time that blackhead occurs due to closed pores.

HOME REMEDIES FOR BLACKHEADS:

There are several effective home remedies available that can help you get rid of blackheads are. Try to treat your blackheads naturally.

1.  Take a tsp of coriander juice and 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder and mix the two and apply on the blackheads on a regular basis.

2.  Lime juice with cinnamon powder mixed too is considered to be effective in removing blackheads. Mix baking soda in water and gently rub on the nose, especially the nose. Rinse with water after a few minutes.

3.  Apply tomato paste daily will help the skin to keep the blackheads away.
