Baker’s Yeast 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Crushed Sugar 2 tbsp
Milk as required
INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING:
Mince 250g
Onions 1
Tomatoes 2
Cheddar Cheese 1 cup
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Red Chilies 1 tsp
Crushed Garlic 1 tsp
Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt as required
METHOD:
* In a bowl add 2 cup flour, 2 eggs, 1 tsp baker’s yeast, ½ tsp salt, 4 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp crushed sugar and mix it and knead it with required milk and keep it for 30 minutes.
* Heat 4 tbsp oil and add 250g mince meat in it.
* Now add 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp red chilies, 1 tsp crushed garlic, salt as required and 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce and cover it.
* Now make two balls and flatten it and put the filling in the middle.
* Now put the cheese and roll it from both the sides and give it a shape of long buns and put egg on it and keep it for 30 minutes.
* Bake it on 200 c.
* Cheesy burger bread is ready.
