Ingredients:
Cooking Oil 2 to 3 Tbsp
White Flour 2 to 3 Tbsp
Chicken Stock 500gm
Milk 500gm
Butter 1 Cup
For Topping:
Mozzarella Cheese 200gm
Grated Cheese 200gm
Boneless Chicken 300gm
Garlic 6 to 7 Cloves
Tomato 4 to 5
Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp
Crushed Black Pepper 1 Tsp
Tomato Puree 1 Cup
Oregano 1 Tsp
Cooking Oil 3 to 4 Tbsp
Salt To Taste
Cooking Steps:
White Sauce Preparation Method:
* Saute 2to3 tbsp white flour in 1 cup melted butter on flame. Also add chicken stock and let it cook for 2to3 minutes. Add 500 ml water and wait until the sauce turns thicker, remove from flame. White sauce is ready.
* Chicken Sauce Preparation Method:
Step 1:
Heat 3to4 tbsp cooking oil in a pan and fry garlic cloves into it.
White Sauce Preparation Method:
* Saute 2to3 tbsp white flour in 1 cup melted butter on flame. Also add chicken stock and let it cook for 2to3 minutes. Add 500 ml water and wait until the sauce turns thicker, remove from flame. White sauce is ready.
* Chicken Sauce Preparation Method:
Step 1:
Heat 3to4 tbsp cooking oil in a pan and fry garlic cloves into it.
Step 2:
After the garlic is slightly golden, sauté chicken into the pan for 3to4 minutes.
Step 3:
After the chicken meets a beautiful color change, pour into it 4 to 5 tomatoes, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tsp oregano, salt to taste and 1 cup tomato puree and let it simmer for 6to7 minutes.
Lasagna Strips Preparation:
Boil water in a pot along with 1 tbsp cooking oil; add lasagna gradually in a sequence that you only put in 2to3 strip at a time so that they must not stick together. Boil lasagna for at least 10 minutes and then dish out in a strainer; drain hot water, add fresh one and then again pour into the strips 2 tbsp of cooking oil so that all strips may remain fresh and separate from each other.
Topping:
Take a baking dish and spread into it a layer of white sauce, then lasagna strips, chicken sauce and again lasagna strips and finally pour over it the cheese. Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves and bake on 200 degree for 15to20 minutes.
