Black cumin 6 tbsp
Nutmeg 1 tbsp
Whole coriander 8 tbsp
Whole black pepper 2 tbsp
Star anise 2
Cloves 1 tbsp
Small cardamom 1 tbsp.
Recipe Method:
On a flat pan add 6 tbsp black cumin, 1 tbsp nut meg, 8 tbsp whole coriander, 2 tbsp whole black pepper, 2 star anise, 1 tbsp clove and 1 tbsp small cardamom to suate.
Then grind them in a grinder.
