Sponge cake recipe


Sponge Cake 

Ingredients:

* Mixed Fruit Jam 1 Cup
* Icing Sugar  2 Tbsp
* Baking Powder  2 Tsp
* Caster Sugar  ¼ Gram
* Creme  300ml
* Flour  1 Cup
* Eggs  3
* Hot Water  3 Tbsp
 Recipe Cooking Steps:

* Beat eggs in a bowl, add caster sugar and whisk till it is fully dissolved.

* Add water, flour and baking powder into this mixture and whisk again.

* Pour this mixture into baking tray.

*Heat up oven, spread oil dipped paper on the boundary line of the tray and put it into the oven.

*Bake for 20 minutes on 180 degree and then let it cool after taking out of the oven.

*Make cake’s toppings with jam, crème and then icing sugar.
