Best Tea For Weight Loss
Recipe of Weight Loss Diet Tea allows you to make it at home and drink regularly in order to lose your excessive weight.Based on herbs, the recipe works great for diet conscious folks.
Ingredients:-
5 Cups Water
1/2 tsp Carom seeds
1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
1/2 tsp green Tea leaves
1 small piece of Cinnamon
1 small piece of Ginger
Weight Loss Diet Tea Method:-
Boil water till it simmers.
Add carom seeds, fennel seeds, green tea leaves, cinnamon and ginger.
Turn the flame off cover it for 5 mins.
Let it cool then save and keep it in a thermos.
Drink 5 cups of green tea in day.
