For healthy hair, you need healthy, tasty foods. Here are the best eats to keep your hair long and strong.
Avocado:
Avocado contains good fats for your hair. With a simple hair mask, your hair and scalp will be hydrated and free of buildup. Plus, you get your Vitamin E to improve circulation.
Eggs:
Eggs pack protein for your hair follicles. Containing four main minerals zinc, selenium, sulfur, and iron eggs alleviate hair loss. Make sure you eat the egg yolk, which contains biotin, a great source of Vitamin B.
Sweet Potatoes:
Protect your hair and scalp with some sweet potatoes. This food contains the antioxidant, beta carotene, aka Vitamin A that produces oil for your scalp. Not enough Vitamin A can lead to dandruff and an itchy scalp. If not a fan of sweet potatoes, substitute for carrots, mangoes, or pumpkin.
Peppers:
