Chutny for weight loos



If you are suffering from obesity then take one bunch fresh green coriander,one bunch fresh green mint,1/2 cup dry pomegranate,1 green chilli and 1 tbs ginger garlic paste.grind it all together to make chutney
Eat a tea spoon of this chutney after every meal.dont drink water over it and watch your self looseweight.
