Ingredients:
MAGGI Noodles 3 packs (Spicy Chicken Tikka Flavor)
Eggs 3 pcs(beaten)
Carrot (Finely chopped) ½ cup
Capsicum (Finely chopped) ½ cup
Cabbage (Finely chopped) ½ cup
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Chili flakes ½ tsp
Chili sauce 3 tbsp
Mozzarella Cheese (grated) 3 tbsp
Chicken Fillet (Diced cut) ½ cup
Oil 1 tbsp
Steps to prepare:
1. Boil MAGGI Noodles for 5-8 minutes and drain the water.
2. In a separate bowl beat the eggs, add all the spices as mentioned in the ingredient list along with the MAGGI Noodles-Spicy Tikka 2 packs taste maker in them.
3. Add boiled MAGGI Noodles with the chopped vegetables in this mixture and stir them well with a spoon.
4. Pour a small amount of oil in a non-stick frying pan and add the mixture in it.
5. Keep the pan covered for 5-8 minutes.
