Fruit face packs are much sought after and if its made from fresh fruits, then they do wonder for the skin.  Fruits have amazing effects on skin, when you consume them internally and even when applied externally too. Most of the fruits are rich in vitamins, minerals, and other essential nutrients and do a whole lot of good when applied as a face pack because of their rich source of nutrients, antioxidants, and vitamins.  Let’s look at some fruit face packs that do wonders for your skin.  It is important to make fresh fruit face pack each time to reap maximum benefits.

Here are simple homemade face packs with fruits that will ensure that you regain them. But before we dive into preparation of homemade packs for glowing skin, here are few tips to make the process easier:

a. Mixed Fruit Face Pack for toning the skin:

This mix of all fruits requires pulp of all fruits available in the market. One spoon of each fruit pulp should be mixed thoroughly and massaged all over the face and neck.

b. Kiwi Fruit Pack for tan:

It includes Kiwi fruit puree and a spoon Yogurt. Mix these two thoroughly and massage it on your facial skin and wash it away after 20 minutes.

c. Strawberry Face Pack for dull and tanned skin:

Take some strawberry fruit pulp and mix it well with water. Massage it on the facial skin and wash it after some time.

d. Cucumber Fruit Face Pack for dry skin:

This skin cooling down ingredient has to be grated down. Apply its juice on the face and neck and let it dry. Wash it with some clean and cold water. Its remaining pulp can be used as a pack for the eyes once its refrigerated.

e. Papaya Fruit pack for glowing and rejuvenated skin:

Mash the fruit into pulp and massage it on the damp skin for nearly 20 minutes. Then was it away with clean water.
Other fruits that also help in skin care:

Honey – Moisturizes and avoids acne
Lemon juice – Fades the scars and avoid them
Ground Oats – Best for scrubbing action
Green tea extract – Rejuvanates skin
Yogurt – Reduces skin tanning
Orange water – Works same as the lemon juice

f.Cherry and Strawberry Face Pack:
Cherries are rich in anti-oxidants and rich in vitamin A, C, and beta carotene as well as other essential mineral nutrients such as potassium, magnesium, and iron.  Cherries have anti-ageing, skin lightening effects.  Combined with strawberry, which is rich in Vitamin C, has anti-ageing benefits, and has salicylic acid too.  Hence, both these fruits when combined with honey becomes a potent tonic for skin.

Ingredients Needed:

4 ripe cherries.
4 strawberries.
1 tablespoon honey.
Method:  Crush the cherries and strawberries with a spoon or hands in a bowl.  Add in one tablespoon of honey.  Apply to face and neck and rinse off after 30 minutes.  With regular use, you would notice improved skin texture and in the long run, it would make the ageing process slower for you.  You can skip the honey!

g.Mango and Curd Fruit Face Pack:
Mango is rich in vitamin C and curd has lactic acid which aids in cell regeneration, removes dullness from face, and reduces pigmentation.

2 tablespoons of mango pulp.
1 tablespoon curd.
Method:

Mix the mango pulp and curd together and apply it on face and neck for 20 minutes, rinse off, apply this face pack regularly for glowing skin.

h.Peach, Tomato, and Honey Face Pack:
Peaches are a rich source of vitamin C.  Along with tomato, which is acts as a natural cleanser, it makes an effective face pack.

Ingredients:

One peach.
One ripe tomato.
Honey.
Method:

Mash the peach and tomato together.  Add in a bit of honey.  Apply it on face and rinse off after 20 minutes.  Regular use will give you glowing skin.

i.Blueberry,strawberry and watermelon face pack:
Blueberries have a variety of antioxidants that are great for your skin. Blueberries help repair damage done to skin from the sun or acne and can give you that beautiful glow back to your skin.  Strawberries contain a large amount of Vitamin C, which is known to play a key role in the production of collagen. Vitamin C aids in anti-aging, and also reduces fine lines and wrinkles and minimizes blemishes and acne. Vitamin C is a key ingredient in many skin care products.  Watermelon is very useful for removing blemishes on the skin. It is rich in vitamins A, B and C and keeps the skin fresh, radiant and hydrated.

Ingredients Needed:

Blueberries.
Strawberries.
Watermelon
Oats.
Method:

Make pulp out of blueberry, strawberry, and watermelon.  Since it would be runny, add in oats to make a paste.  Apply on face in circular motion. All the berry and watermelon will be absorbed in your skin immediately and all that will be left are the oats which as you rub will exfoliate the face.

Important Points to Remember:
It is very important to understand that massaging the skin with the pulp before applying any face pack and mild scrubbing action before washing it off will help your skin absorb the fruit properties better, thus increasing blood flow.
Ensure that your skin is clean before application.
Make sure to moisturize the skin post wash.
Use these homemade fruit face masks regularly for an improvement in skin texture and tone.
