1.Lemon

Vitamin C se labrez lemon juice jismani madafat mein izafa karta hai. Zehrilapan kam karta hai aur marz ka dauraniya mukhtasir kar deta hai. 3.Ginger (Adrak):
Nazle, zukam aur khansi ke liye ginger ka istemal bhi aik umdah ilaaj hai. 10 gramke qareeb ginger ko chote chote tukron mein cut kar ke aik cup pani mein boil karen aur phir use chaan kar 1 tea spoon sugar is joshandey mein dalen aur garam garam piyen. Adrak ki tea tayyar karne ke liye boil hue pani mein tea dalne se pehle kuch dair tak ginger ke kuch pieces boil kar len. Yeh tea nazla zukam aur us ke natije mein lahaq hone wale bukhar ke liye bohat umdah medicine sabit hoti hai.
4.Lady Finger (Bhindi):
Gale ki kharash aur mustaqil khushk khansi ke ilaj ke liye yeh sabzi bohat karaamad hai. Bhindi (Lady finger) mein aesi gond paai jati hai. Jo kharash zaiyl karne ki maussir dawa hai. 5.Roots of Bitter Gourd (Karele Ki Gadr):
Bitter gourd ke plants ki roots ko qadeem zamane se nazla, zukam mein awami ilaaj ki hesiyat hasil hai. 1 tea spoon bitter gourd ki roots ka paste isi miqdar mein honey ya tulsi ke patton ka juice mila kar daily raat ko aik maah tak peena nazla mein mufeed hai.
6.Turmeric Powder (Haldi):
zukam aur gale kikharash mein haldi bhi aik maussir dawa hai. Fresh haldi ka safoof half tea spoon 30 ml neem garam pani mein mila kar daily aik ya 2 dafa peena, mazkora kefiyaat ki islaah karta hai. Haldi (Turmeric) powder ko kisi garam bartan mein daal kar is mein doodh mix karen aur phir halki aanch par boil karen. Ab yeh doodh mareez kp pilaey. Imli aur kali mirch ke pani ki steam junobi Hindustan mein zukam ka behtreen ilaaj samjha jata hai. Imli ke 250 ml pani mein daal kar chand minute tak boil karen. 8.Vitamin C:
