Ingredients:-
Chicken (1/2 inch cubes) 300 gms
Vinger 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper 1/4 tsp
Egg 1
Flour 2 tbsp
Corn Flour 3 tbsp
Baking Powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Crushed Red Pepper 1/2 tsp
Boilled Rice 1/2 kg
Salt 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Sweet Sauce 3 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Garlic 1 tsp
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Red Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
Crushed Red Pepper 1tsp
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
Method:-
-First use 300g chicken and marinate with 1 tea spoon vinegar, 1/4 tea spoon soya sauce, 1/4 tea spoon salt and 1/4 tea spoon black pepper.
-Now use 1 egg, 2 spoon Maida, 3 spoon corn flour, 1/2 spoon backing powder, 1/2 spoon red masala, 4 spoon Mayonnaise, 3 spoon sweet sauce and 2 spoon vinegar and make batter of them.
-Then dip chicken in batter and fry it till it color gets golden.
For sauce:
-Use 1/4 cup oil and make it hot. Put 1 tea spoon garlic , two tea spoon soya sauce, two spoon red chili garlic sauce and 1 tea spoon red masala. Put 1 cup water and cooking them for 2 minutes.
-As it get boil put some corn flour to make it thick. Put slice of Capsicum and onion in sauce.
Rice Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cloves garlic, sliced
1 cup uncooked jasmine rice
2 cups chicken broth
chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
-In a saucepan over medium heat combine butter and olive oil. Once butter has melted add garlic and cook one minute.
-Stir in rice, cook until rice becomes slightly translucent. Stirring occasionally to make sure rice doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan. About 4 minutes. Rice may brown slightly.
-Stir in chicken broth, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and let cook 20-25 minutes.
-Carefully remove lid, fluff rice with a fork and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
-Serve.
